Information you choose to send

Axis Consulting collects the contact and project information you submit through an inquiry or consultation form, such as your name, business email, company, phone number, business type, bookkeeping software, requested service, message, and preferred meeting date, time window, and timezone.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your request, respond about bookkeeping services, and manage the inquiry in the private Axis Consulting dashboard. It is not intended for sale to third parties.

Website measurement

The site records limited first-party activity such as page views, inquiry submissions, consultation requests, marketplace-link clicks, referral domain, and campaign tags. Axis does not intentionally store an IP address in this reporting table. If Google Analytics is activated, Google's own terms and data practices will also apply.

Email acknowledgments

Form information is temporarily queued so Axis can receive a notification and send the submitter a receipt. Delivery status and errors may be retained for operational troubleshooting.

Do not send sensitive data through the form

Please do not submit bank credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, tax documents, or confidential financial files through the website. If a project requires documents, Axis Consulting will arrange an appropriate handoff separately.
